Torch Club’s We R3: Recycle, Reduce, Reuse
The Main Branch Torch Club have been working on their clubhouse service project “We R3” Recycle, Reduce, Reuse; to promote a more sustainable, eco-friendly club.
In January, they bagged up all of the recycle material gathered and took a field trip to the local recycling center to dispose. The goal was to see the entire process of recycling and how hard work pays off.
Our members collected 11 large bags total for a net worth of $54. The proceeds collected will be used as a fundraiser for this year’s Torch Club Summit.
We are very proud of our Torch Club members and congratulate them for their efforts and encourage all of our Clubs to continue to make a difference in the community!
