Donor Database & Stewardship Coordinator

Reports to: SVP of Philanthropy

The Donor Database & Stewardship Coordinator is a critical fundraising team member. The Coordinator executes gift acknowledgments, leads stewardship activities, and maintains the donor database to help Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica exceed our revenue goals and be financially sustainable.

The Coordinator is responsible for implementing an integrated and comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program that appropriately and consistently promotes interaction and connection with and recognition of donors at all levels.

Programs and Volunteer Associate

Reports to: Senior Director of Impact & Partnerships

The Programs and Volunteer Associate is a critical impact team member. The Associate implements Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Monica’s annual program plan, administers the program partner contractual process, coordinates up to 15 Club-level engagement events for corporate partners, and oversees our volunteer program. This position may also support the writing and managing of foundation proposals in collaboration with the SVP of Philanthropy.

The Associate will be a leader in the truest sense: visionary, a builder, innovator, and focused on results to enhance and optimize SMBGC’s operations.
